Born and matured in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, the „Cava Capital”.
The vineyards are exposed to the salty breeze, coming from the Mediterranean sea.
After disgorgement, this cava takes a deep dive into Poseidon’s realm, emerging with a complexity as deep as the sea.
Golden yellow color, with small, persistent bubbles. Its complexity comes from the
combination of its smoothness and intensity. The interplay of smoothness and intensity creates an intricate symphony of ripe fruits, aged aromas, and a hint of toasted grassy notes.
